• 175g icing sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 pinch of salt
• Zest of 1 orange
• 500g flour, sieved

Lemon cream
• 380gr lemon juice
• 12 egg yolks
• 6 eggs
• 300gr sugar
• 250gr butter
