Romantic Red Cocktails

A great party starter, this strawberryinfused mixer has all the right
ingredients for a romantic night in.
The perfect surprise, this delectable
creamy cocktail is sure to impress
on Valentine's Day.
Sweeten up your sweetheart with
this simple, yet delicious fruity
cocktail.
Looking to – excuse the pun – mix
things up a bit? Try a Rasmopolitan
– a classic cosmopolitan with a
refreshing raspberry twist.

Ingredients:
• 100g fresh strawberries
• 50ml Grand Marnier or Cointreau
• 1tbsp caster sugar
• 1 bottle of sparkling wine or
Champagne
Ingredients:
• 50ml silver tequila
• 25ml White Crème de Cacao
• 25ml double cream
• 12ml Chambord
• White chocolate flakes
• Raspberries
Ingredients:
• 120ml rum
• 1 litre clear lime soda
• 120ml grenadine syrup
• 2 limes (1 sliced, 1 juiced)
• 4 maraschino cherries
Serves 1
Method:
1. Blend the strawberries, Grand
Marnier and sugar in a food
processor.
2. Divide between the glasses and
slowly add the sparkling wine.
If you prefer a slightly sharper taste,
try substituting strawberries with
raspberries.
Method:
1. Combine the rum, lime soda,
grenadine and lime juice in a
mixing glass. Mix well and pour
into chilled glasses.
2. Garnish with lime slices and
cherries. Perfecto!
Method:
1. Start with ice in your cocktail
shaker and add the tequila, White
Crème de Cacao, double cream
and Chambord, before shaking
for 15 seconds.
2. Pour the mixture into a chilled
cocktail glass, rimmed with white
chocolate flakes and serve with
a fresh raspberry.

Ingredients:
• 30ml citrus flavoured vodka
• 30ml raspberry flavoured vodka
• 40ml Chambord
• 1tbsp fresh lime juice
• 1tbsp simple syrup
• 30ml cranberry juice
• Raspberries (optional)
Method:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway up
with ice and add vodka,
Chambord, fresh lime juice, syrup
and cranberry juice.
2. Shake until well chilled, before
straining into a martini glass.
Garnish with raspberries if
desired.
