Street, St. Pancras (high-speed) as well as providing local services. For
those who drive, the M2 provides the gateway to the remainder of Kent

the city.

Skyline living at The Panorama, Ashford
Ashford’s landmark building, re-launched
as The Panorama, is entering the final phase
of redevelopment following a multi-million
pound refurbishment by Dukelease
Properties.
Nine months from commencement of
works, the lower level floors of The
Panorama (floors one – seven) have been
sold, and attention has turned to the
building’s spectacular duplex and
penthouse apartments over floors eight
and nine along with the ground floor retail
opportunities.
When complete, The Panorama will provide
234 contemporary homes.
Of these, 24 will be penthouse suites, with
eight being duplex penthouses. Each
penthouse enjoys its own private terrace,
and the duplex apartments feature a terrace
on each floor.
Penthouse residents will also benefit from
secure underground parking and a private
lift to the ninth floor. All residents will have
access to the building’s roof garden offering
stunning views over the Kent countryside.

In addition, The Panorama’s ground-floor
retail and leisure opportunities look set to
revitalise Ashford’s commercial appeal. The
building will provide flexible lease
agreements for retail units ranging from
2,000 – 6,000 sq ft with both outside space
and on-site parking.
Development director at Dukelease
Properties, David O’Neil said: “The
residential market in Ashford has certainly
bounced into life and we’ve had an excellent
response to the apartments sold off plan
over floors one to seven.
“We are now looking forward to the official
launch of the spectacular penthouse
apartments in March where we’ll showcase
two new show apartments to the public.”
Prices for penthouse apartments on floors
eight and nine start from £200,000 and
The Panorama is expected to be complete
in summer 2014.
