Frankfurt Christmas Market
27 Nov – 22 Dec 2013
Römerbert, Paulsplatz, Mainkai
If you’ve ever wanted to experience the wonderful wintertime charm of the old world,
then the Frankfurt Christmas Market is the place for you! More than 200 lovingly
decorated stalls invite locals and visitors to a leisurely stroll, offering not only unique
gift ideas, but also a delicious variety of culinary specialities. Feeling the chill? Warm
yourself with a cup of the famous Applewine, served piping hot. Next, try a
‘Bethmännchen’, Frankfurt’s popular marzipan delight. Do you like Christmas music?
There’s plenty of that as well. The tower horns are played on the balcony of Old St.
Nicholas’ Church every Wednesday and Saturday, immersing the Römerberg in the
beautiful sounds of the yuletide season. Wintertime nostalgia, Frankfurt style!
