Family Start New Chapter at
TAYLOR WIMPEY ’ S HALDEN FIELD DEVELOPMENT
WHEN HANNAH DAVIS AND MATT HAUGHIAN DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO MOVE ON FROM THEIR 1930 ’ S SEMI DETACHED HOUSE IN WILMINGTON , THEY FOUND EVERYTHING THEY WERE LOOKING FOR AT TAYLOR WIMPEY ’ S HALDEN FIELD DEVELOPMENT IN ROLVENDEN .
The couple and their two young children , Holly age 3 and Joshua age 1 , moved into their five bedroom Chilham home in May 2020 and are now settling into life at Halden Field .
What prompted your move ?
“ After living in an old property which needed a lot of work , we decided it was time to move to a new build so we could spend more quality time with family .”
The decision to move to Halden Field was an easy one for the family who found its location ideally suited to their needs .
Why did you choose the Halden Field development ?
“ Not only did we want to find a home that didn ’ t require a lot of work , we also wanted to be closer to our extended family . Halden Field is perfectly sized for Holly and Joshua to grow up in , it is very close to Rolvenden and Tenterden and there is the benefit of having both primary and secondary schools nearby . It has everything we were looking for .”
After looking at the variety of houses available , the couple decided the five bedroom Chilham house type was the perfect place to call home .
