OBESITY, TYPE II DIABETES AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AMONGST MANY OTHER NASTY
CONDITIONS. BY REDUCING OUR STRESS LEVELS, WE CAN REDUCE OUR CHANCES OF
BECOMING UNWELL, AND MAKE OUR LIVES AND OURSELVES MUCH HAPPIER IN THE
