EDUCATION ROSE BRUFORD COLLEGE OF THEATRE AND PERFORMANCE LOCATED IN LAMORBEY PARK, SIDCUP, ROSE BRUFORD COLLEGE OF THEATRE AND PERFORMANCE IS ONE OF THE COUNTRY’S LEADING DRAMA SCHOOLS, WITH ALUMNI INCLUDING GARY OLDMAN (WINNER OF THE 2018 BEST ACTOR OSCAR), MADDY HILL (EASTENDERS, CASUALTY), AND STEPHEN GRAHAM (THIS IS ENGLAND). The College offers a wide range of BA (Hons) degree programmes including Acting and Performance, Costume Production, Lighting, Scenic Arts, Sound, Stage and Events Management, and Theatre Design. There are also flexible online degrees in Music Studies, Opera Studies, and Theatre Studies, plus a range of postgraduate programmes. as well as one-week Easter and summer workshops. The 20-week Acting Foundation Course is an ideal introduction course for those looking at progressing into drama school. It is run in Sidcup and at Quarterhouse in Folkestone. Public productions are held throughout the year in the College’s two theatres, showcasing the talents of final year students before they progress into the industry.
