Emerson Park in Hextable, part of the Cinnamon Care Collection, last
month welcomed 100 VIPs at its official opening. The ribbon cutting
ceremony was officiated by chairman of Sevenoaks District Council,
Councillor Pat Bosley and Reverend Johnny Douglas.
Guests enjoyed a celebratory atmosphere as they toured the bespoke
facilities for the 47 luxurious retirement apartments, including a club
room, bar, exercise studio, cinema and hair salon. VIPs also visited the
on-site luxury care home which provides state-of-the-art facilities in

nursing, dementia and respite care and support.
“We were delighted to welcome our VIP guests here for our official
opening. There is such a need for high-end, luxury retirement living
throughout the UK, highlighted by the fact that we have already sold
over 40 per cent of our retirement apartments,” said Paul Hart, general
manager of Emerson Park. “Residents are purchasing properties for all
sorts of reasons, from couples looking to downsize and perhaps free
up finances to enjoy hobbies and travel to single people, widowers and
widows who are keen to benefit from the extensive range of activities
and support provided by our dedicated on-site staff.”
“Our care home, Emerson Grange, has been designed and built to the
very highest standards,” he added. “Every aspect of the new care home
has been planned with the people that Cinnamon care for in mind –
whether it is the personalisation of care plans, the careful selection of
room décor, mealtimes, hobbies or personal routines.”
