There will be a fantastic
art treat in store on
Thursday 1st March
when two galleries in
Tonbridge link up for
special late-night
openings of their current
exhibitions. Artspring
Gallery will be
welcoming the spring
with a completely new
show of work from their
members, including
jeweller and former
member Andy Young,
who returns as a guest
artist for the months of
March and April. Andy is an artisan silversmith who makes unique,
bold silver pieces and beautiful semi-precious stone necklaces, inspired
by water and his extensive travels. The Spring Art show will include
paintings, drawings, ceramics, glass and jewellery from regular members
plus work from new member, Elaine Thompson, and guest artist
Amanda Hopkins, whose work is inspired by nature and the
environment around her.

WOMEN'S SUFFRAGE CAMPAIGN IN KENT // 3 MAR

To celebrate the launch of their spring/summer '18 season, Neptune
Canterbury have the pleasure of inviting you to enjoy a first look at
their new colours, fabrics and designs. They have a brand new kitchen
and dining display in their Suffolk room, and the showroom has taken
on a romantic hue with their new shade for the season: old rose. Over
the weekend of 3rd and 4th March, Neptune will be embracing rose as
their theme and serving delicate cupcakes from Fairy Dust Bakery,
popping open some sparkling rosé and pouring traditional rose
lemonade. There will also be an exciting prize draw competition, goody
bags and new season literature to enjoy. With Mother’s Day on the
horizon, it's the ideal opportunity to find perfect gifts for the most
treasured lady in your life.
