WWI Commemorations - Living History Weekend
Saturday 9 th & Sunday 10 th June, 11am - 4pm
This event will focus on the discharge of the soldiers which
started towards the end of the war; what the soldiers ate in the
field and how it was prepared; the Regimental Aid Post and the
various injuries tackled by medical personnel and more. Free
Entry!
Open Farm Sunday - Sunday 10 th June, 1pm - 4pm
You can enjoy tractor and trailer rides, where you will get the
opportunity to get up close to our combine harvester and other
farming machinery as well as meeting the people involved in
the story behind your food. We will also have sheep shearing
demonstrations and other fun activities you can get involved
with. Free Entry!
Family Bushcraft Day - Saturday 16 th June, 10am - 4pm
Looking for something different to do with the family? On our
family bushcraft day you will get the chance to spend quality
time together learning new skills and enjoying a summers day in
the woods. £50.00 per adult/child pair including lunch.
