Broadstairs Town Walk
The Broadstairs Town Walk takes place every Saturday and Sunday at 2pm ( weather permitting ) until the end of August . You ’ ll learn about 600 years of history while enjoying the sights and sounds of one of the prettiest towns in the country .
Ramsgate Costumed Walks
Take your pick from four different guided historical walks with costumed guides giving you plenty of fascinating information . These walks take place every Tuesday in July at 7pm .
Ramsgate Blitz Walks
On the first Sunday of each month at 10am , as well as Fridays at 7pm during July and August , you can hear the story of Ramsgate during WWII as you walk around the town .
St Peter ’ s Village Tour
This award-winning tour with a fun and colourful cast of costumed characters really does bring the past to live in a vivid way . Village tours will take place on 3rd , 5th , 12th , 19th and 26th July , and donations of £ 4 are appreciated .

For those who love ska , this weekend is full of the best of it . This is original 60 ’ s-style ska , reggae and soul , and there will be many live performances as well as guest DJ spots .
Seaside Shuffle // 13-15 Jul // Ramsgate
This traditional jazz festival takes places at the Small Boat Owners Club in Ramsgate . Weekend passes cost £ 60 .
Ramsgate Music Hall
This intimate venue for 130 people offers a huge variety of musical events . Highlights for
the summer include Quadrophenia night with Absolute Kinks live .
Dreamland
Sunset sessions at Dreamland include Lee Scratch Perry , Hawkwind and Orbital Live .
Broadstairs Bandstand
Through July and August , you will be able to enjoy a number of excellent free concerts at the Broadstairs Bandstand .
Margate Soul Festival Weekend // 3-5 Aug
August sees the return of the ever popular Margate Soul Festival . The general weekend tickets are £ 69 , and day passes start at £ 27.50 .
Broadstairs Folk Festival // 10-17 Aug
Now in its 53rd incredible year , the Broadstairs Folk Festival is ‘ folk music by the sea ’ and is always a lot of fun .
