FOR OVER 300 YEARS, THE DAWES FAMILY HAVE LOVINGLY CARED FOR THE HOUSE AND GARDENS AT MOUNT EPHRAIM AND
TODAY THEY PRESENT ONE OF THE BREATHTAKING SPOTS IN THE SOUTH EAST OF ENGLAND. 10 ACRES OF CLASSICAL

TOP OF THE HILL IS THE LATE VICTORIAN MANOR HOUSE, FEATURING THE WEST WING KITCHEN AND BED & BREAKFAST.
The five double bed and breakfast rooms have
ensuite bathrooms, flatscreen TVs and tea and

individually and beautifully decorated and
each is named after former inhabitants - Cook,

Suite, which is named after Sir Edwyn Dawes
who built the house that visitors see today.
Guests can enjoy exclusive access to the 10
acres of stunning gardens outside of normal
opening hours and enjoy a sumptuous

During the Garden Season (April to
September), the Tea Room is open from

homemade lunches and home-baked cakes
and afternoon teas. In the evenings, guests
are welcome to picnic in the gardens, or take
