Art of Taming Your Tummy

Serves 1-2
Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
• 2 cups (470ml) of lactose free,
almond or rice milk
• Some ice
• 1/2 banana
• 1/4 cup (120ml)
pineapple chunks
• A small handful of baby
leaf spinach
• 3 pecan or macadamia nuts
• 1 tbsp sunflower or
pumpkin seeds
• Optional: a splash of
maple syrup
Place all the ingredients into the
blender and mix until smooth.
Serve in your favourite cup/glass
and enjoy!
