beetroot and wasabi crème
fraiche, and partygoers can opt
for a traditional turkey main
course or braised beef followed

marquise.

Rosette restaurant, The Brasserie
on the Bay, which is open each
day in December for festive
lunches priced from £15.50 per

groups from as little as two to as
large as 50 people.
The Links Suite at the Lodge
is a stylish private dining room
perfect for groups of up to 22
people and the head chef
promises a festive menu with a
twist! Prices start from £50 per
person and the exciting menu
will be available both at lunch and
dinner.
There are also some places
left for the New Year's Eve
celebration, which combines a
sumptuous five-course menu
with overnight accommodation
and is priced from £255 per
