How do I choose between massage and reflexology ?
This is a personal preference , but importantly , can also be because of specific issues that you are experiencing . Generally , massage is more appropriate for treating muscle pain , back pain , increasing lymph function and postural problems , while reflexology reflects a holistic approach to restoring health and balance to the body ’ s own regulatory systems via the pressure points on your feet .
How long do treatments take ?
First-time reflexology appointments include a consultation , you should expect a 90-minute appointment starting from £ 45 . Follow-up reflexology therapy takes 50 minutes . We offer lots of combination treatment packages too , which are great for recharging the body .
