Great Hall and take refreshments in Elf Garden. The fairy teachers will
have you laughing with stories and amaze you with fairy crafts. Take
all your crafts home plus all those magical fairy moments we guarantee
you will have. Come dressed up as there will be countless photo
opportunities. All fairy folk are welcome including elves, pixies, goblins,
sprites, fairy godmothers, leprechauns, dryads, nymphs, gnomes,

For the first time in 10 years, Europe’s greatest equestrian theatre show,
Spirit of the Horse is coming to the Kent Event Centre with a spectacular
new production for 2018 – Renaissance. Choreographed to a specially
arranged musical score blending spectacle, dramatic action, humour,
poetic motion, and awe-inspiring lighting effects, Spirit of the Horse
– Renaissance weaves the magic of myth and legend through man’s
bonding with his oldest and most trusted ally – the horse.

The world premiere of a new musical that will simply sweep you off
your feet! Based on true events, An Officer And A Gentleman follows
the Oscar-winning film starring Richard Gere. Its feel good soundtrack
includes the hit song from the movie – Up Where We Belong – along
with many 80’s classic anthems including Girls Just Want To Have
Fun, Livin’ On A Prayer, Heart Of Glass, Material Girl, Don’t Cry Out
Loud, I Was Made For Lovin’ You, and The Final Countdown.
Zack Mayo is in training to become a US Navy pilot. When he rolls
into boot camp with a bit too much of a swagger, Drill Sergeant Foley
doesn’t make life easy for him. When he falls for local girl Paula Pokrifki,
and tragedy befalls his friend and fellow candidate, Zack realises the
importance of love and friendship and finds the courage to be himself
and win the heart of the woman he loves. It’s only then he can truly
become an officer and a gentleman.

out how you can be a bee
friend. Explore the gardens
beside the museum to look
for bees and identify them.
Finish by making your own
bee hotel (materials
supplied) and planting a
bee-friendly seedling
(bring your own yoghurt
pot or similar container).
Children must be accompanied by an adult (max of three children per
adult).
The Plight of the Bumblebee (2pm–3pm): A talk by the Bumblebee
Conservation Trust on the work they do to help these beautiful insects
survive, and what you can do to help.
