Our Conceptual Foundation
We are determined to create value for the end-users, the poor. Building on Harvard professor Mark Moore's concept of creating public (or social) value, we engage the poor to get to know what constitutes value for them, and to act to produce it. This feedback mechanism is critical to establish the relevance of any product or service, and ultimately its ability to spur change for the disadvantaged, as illustrated below.
