Amazing Brown Sugar Fudge

Ingredients

1 pound of butter,

1 kg of dark brown sugar (2.2 lbs approx. 4.5 cups)

1 can of evaporated milk

1 kg icing sugar (2.2 lbs approx. 4.5 cups)

Nuts and marshmallows for topping (optional)

Directions:

1.Melt butter in large pot with brown sugar and evaporated milk until it boils.

2. Boil for exactly 12 minutes stirring frequently.

3. Remove from heat and beat in 1 kg icing sugar. Beat till smooth and shiny that is the secret to great fudge. You can use a large wooden spoon or strong whisk or hand beaters, be careful not to splatter hot fudge on you. Pour onto two parchment lined small cookie sheets. Add nuts like walnuts or pecans and or marshmallows for decoration. YUM!
