Jalapeno Popper Pinwheels

Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup Tex Mex Cheddar Cheese

1 large fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped or canned

1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Directions

Heat oven to 375°F.

Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.

Unroll crescent dough; separate into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations and seams together to seal; spread with cheese mixture. Roll up each rectangle, starting at one short end; cut into 4 slices. Place on baking sheet; flatten slightly. Bake 15 min. or until golden brown. Cool 1 min. before removing from baking sheet. Serve warm.

Cranberry Feta Pinwheels

Ingredients

I bag 170 g of dried cranberries

½ cup of green onions

1 250g container of spreadable cream cheese

4 large flour tortillas any kind I use green or red ones

I cup soft spreadable goats cheese/feta cheese

Directions

Mix the two cheeses together and spread evenly on each tortilla shell.

Sprinkle generously the cranberries and green onions. Roll up evenly from one side into a log roll.

Refrigerate for at least one hour and slice into one inch thick slices and serve.

Here are some little appetizers that are fun to serve at a rehearsal dinner or after the ceremony or later at night before your guests leave. Or you just want to make cause they are so darn good! Enjoy!
