Debbie, who developed her finesse for cooking over the years, believes in using fresh and buying local. She shops at the market daily for produce and ingredients for her inspired cooking, as she is always experimenting with unexpected food combinations. “Alternating sweet and savory flavour enhancements are incorporated into each dish,” she says, but what she serves really depends on her guests. There is no set daily menu. You are welcome to socialize with others in the charming dining room, eat in the privacy of your room, or enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the expansive front porch.
Built in 1904, this beautifully restored Victorian home was originally a wedding gift from one of the town’s early settlers, to his bride-to-be, and was transitioned into a bed and breakfast in 2002.
