SALAME DI CIOCCOLATO (chocolate salami) by Fabio Pozzati

10 ounces of melted, unsalted, butter
2.1 ounces of cocoa powder
3.5 ounces of dark chocolate
10 ounces of powder sugar
4 egg yolks
12 ounces of plain hard biscotti

In a bowl, melt the butter and chocolate. In a bigger bowl mix all the other ingredients, yolks, sugar, cocoa powder and add the melted butter as chocolate. Add the broken biscotti to the base and let it rest for 10 min.

Using aluminum foil or parchment paper shape the dessert in the form of a salami. Keep in refrigerator for 2-4 hr and slice it like a salami.
