We are located in the heart of the country with excellent transport connections across the Midlands and beyond . The past year has seen a wide variety of transactions including regular lettings , building management agreements and advice regarding state aid . Our belief that there is an increasing interest in the sector , which is supporting a growing economy , has been confirmed by the importance of science parks , the investment in new developments and the expansion of existing sites , particularly more recently from private investors . The reduction in public sector investment has been balanced by increasing private investments , which is in line with our perception of property trends . It is this , at least in part , that means our science park team continues to enjoy the challenge of working with science parks to help many exciting and inspirational companies reach their potential .
In 2015 , Wright Hassall ’ s science park team completed more than 200 leases for its clients , including a number of notable , high-profile , high-value lettings to international businesses , and has also seen us increasing the number of Science Parks for which we act . With over 30 years ’ experience working for , and with , science parks , our expertise in all elements of science park inception , finance and management are all within our remit .
