The Pool Innovation Centre is a state-of-the-art three storey building with a net lettable floor space of approximately 2245m ². Accommodating up to 70 businesses the Centre provides dynamic office space , access to individually tailored business support services , cutting-edge meeting & conference facilities , informal networking areas , fabulous connectivity and technology and a vibrant and collaborative business community to help grow your business .
The Pool Innovation Centre has been designed and built to the BREEAM Excellence standard , one of the highest levels of environmental accreditation available for new buildings . This ensures that the Centre ’ s environmental impact was low during construction and will also be throughout its lifespan , making it a great business address .
Accessibility : The Centre provides accessible parking places close to the main entrance . Hearing induction loops have been designed into the building and we have lift access to all floors within the Centre .
The management of the Pool Innovation Centre is being delivered by Plymouth University on behalf of Cornwall Council . The Centre ’ s building has been supported by European Regional Development Fund , ERDF Convergence investment , South West Regional Development Agency and Cornwall Development Company .

Awards In 2015 Pool Innovation Centre was awarded NEF Investor in Innovations status and accredited with the NEF Award in Innovation and Knowledge Exchange . The Manager of Pool Innovation Centre is an NEF Certified Innovation Practitioner .
