Grow On Space – NETPark Discovery 1 & 2 – Explorer A development of two new buildings , each of over 1,800m ², providing space for expanding technology companies . Each building offers a choice of office , laboratory and the option for clean room facilities in self-contained suites which are ideal for established companies or large R & D groups .
The Discovery facilities are only one part of the NETPark community . As your business develops you will find no shortage of room to grow into larger space on the park . NETPark offers a number of opportunities for investment and development centred on individual development plots ranging from 1 to 4 acres , underpinned with communications networks , high-tech R & D facilities , a skilled workforce and access to finance .
Due to be completed in 2017 , Explorer will offer bespoke laboratory / clean room / office spaces ranging from 300m ² to 470m ² each . Infrastructure works are also due to start in 2016 on NETPark Phase 3 which will realise a strategic expansion plan for the Park and encourage inward investment and indigenous , established companies looking to join the NETPark community .
