A: A learning ground where you are taught management in a way that you stay grounded when you graduate. 3) What has been your biggest challenge to date? A: Managing and surviving through the Dotcom bust of 2001. 4) What do you prefer doing on the weekends? A: Spend time with family and pursue my hobby of Bird photography. 5) What is more important: a balanced, happy life or achieving greatness? A: I don’t look at it as either/or. Work is part of Life. One should aspire for greatness in life and work should be integral part of it. If you feel a conflict between the two, perhaps you are in the wrong job. 6) Your favorite cuisine? A: Thai cuisine. 7) A book which you have thoroughly enjoyed reading.? A:Steve Jobs by Walter Issacson. 8) Who or what inspires you the most? A:I am big believer of Swami Vivekanada’s “work is worship” philosophy. 9) A quote which you abide by? A: If things can’t be done in 3 steps you don’t have a plan. 10) What is your advice to all the upcoming managers? A: I heard this when we were leaving: “Leave your dirty jeans and ego at the campus.
