Tell us about your shop. After working for years at KULT Tattoofest, I opened my own shop two years ago called Life is Good Atelier. I’m based in Warsaw now and my shop is an appointment only private shop where I work alongside Maciek. What made you want to become a tattoo artist and how long have you been tattooing? Looks like it’s been like 9 years since I’ve done my first tattoo on anybody other than myself. The first few years have been quite slow with tattooing friends only, then it was me doing street shop stuff and eventually finding my own style. What got me into tattooing was mostly friends telling me my drawings were cool and asking if they could get it done. I’m happy and thankful for having the best job ever! What was the first tattoo you ever did? Can you tell us about it? The first tattoo I did from beginning to end was Hello Kitty on a girl I was dating at the time. I was really happy with how it turned out and I guess it made me think that tattooing is relatively easy. (Laughs.) But I’ve learned my lesson the following years. 64 InkSpIredMagazIne.coM
