A well developed expert system provides useful
suggestions and recommendations for the user.
With such a system, time needed for diagnosing
problems can be shortened when human expertise
is not available. Expert systems are flexible
and modular, and can be upgraded to enhance
effectiveness in a more comprehensive way.
