The BEI reading shows an estimated reduction to 141 when the cost cutting measures were carried out at the end of the year 2016, i.e. when chiller replacement and energy efficient lighting works were completed. 2. JKR COMPLEX HEADQUARTERS Building Description The JKR Complex building is located at Jalan Sultan Salahuddin, Kuala Lumpur. It serves as the 6 16 VOL - SEPTEMBER 2017 VOL 71 55 JULY JUNE 2013 Public Works Department Headquarters (JKR). The building has six building blocks, namely Block A, Block B , Block C, Block D, Block E and Block F (17 storeys). The whole area is as follows: - Total area of the building Blocks A-F: 34,068 m 2 - Spacious air-conditioned area in Blocks A-F: 30,993 m 2 Data Collection  Data was collected for all six blocks of the JKR Complex during 2013.
