and discussed in the PPP Committee for solutions
and directions. With the involvement of relevant
departments at federal, state and municipal
levels, a co-ordinated implementation framework
can be developed and some red tape avoided.

co-operation to turn challenges into opportunities
so that superior output and outcome can result.
