A number of required employees per vacant places
In the number of the ones who were dismissed based
on their own desire employees of personnel who were
dismissed from the organization in the following cases
are included:
• by initiative of an employee;
A number of the employees of personnel whom it is
planned to admit to vacant jobs as at the last day of an
accounting quarter.
• an election for posts being substituted based
on the contest;
• a move to the other locality, abroad;
• enrolment to an educational institution, the
postgraduate course, or a clinical residency;
• voluntary termination in a connection with an entry
into retirement;
• the need of nursing care by family members or
disabled persons of the Ist group;
• voluntary termination of pregnant women, women
having children in the age up to three years, single
mothers bringing up a child in the age up to 14 years
(child with disabilities before 18 of age).
Distribution of employees to wage rates
Information about distribution of the number of
employees to amounts of gross pay is forming
according to the data of sample surveys conducted in
April 2001–2007, 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015. The results
of surveys are disseminating to a general population.
Employees admitted and having been dismissed in
the month that was surveyed, for a disease or nursing
care absent, present on unpaid leaves, external
moonlighters and other employees of personnel, are
not included. In wage of employees fees in a year and
other payments not being regular are not included. The
quarter premiums in amount falling on one month are
included.
The number of the employees in front of whom the
organization has overdue back pay
(Staff including external moonlighters) as of 1 day of
a month’s, employees were dismissed, and the state
employees’, in front of them the organization has
overdue back pay, number of employees.
Ratio of average wage 10 % more and 10 % of least
paid employees
Information about the ratio of average wage 10% more
and 10% of least paid employees (the ratio of funds)
are forming according to the data of sample surveys
of organizations about distribution of employees to
wage rates have been held in April 2005–2007, 2009,
2011, 2013, but 2015. The results of surveys are
disseminating to a general population. Ratio of average
wage 10% more 10% of least paid employees are
determined as a ratio between the average levels of
wage in the tenth group and first decyl group:
Kf = X10/X1,
X10 is average wage of employees in the 10th decyl
group (10% of most paid employees);
X1 is average wage of employees in 1 decyl group
(10% of least paid employees).
