130th Anniversary Cocktails H These tasty tipples nod to the hotel’s glamorous past otel del Coronado has served up good times and lively libations over the years, and to honor its 130th anniversary in 2018, The Del’s Director of Beverage Amanda McNeil has concocted these creative cocktails, paying homage to past eateries or luminaries who raised a glass at the resort. Cocktail: Circus Room This refreshing libation features Pisco with hibiscus syrup, Aperol, grapefruit and lime juice served over slow-melting single cube of ice. The Backstory: Once the location of the Small batch bourbon fans will appreciate the natural sweetness of Maker’s Mark, which pairs nicely with the grapefruit flavor of Aperol. This smooth sipper is served straight up with a splash of lemon juice and Amaro.
