Jena Whitaker - Jena is the Loan Processor for Finance of
America - the one behind the scenes who makes the buying or
refinancing your dream home easy. Being a basketball coach for
more than 12 years, Jena likes to be organized, thorough, and
most importantly have a game plan. As a local girl who knows
the area, the community and the people who live here she has
a home court advantage. Buying a house or even refinancing,
entails a lot of paperwork, but she likes to keep things simple for
the borrower, doing all the hard work, so all you have to do is sit
back and enjoy planning your master suite in your new dream
home.
Noelle Lynn Boehme -Noelle is a licensed mortgage
professional with more than 20 years of experience in the
mortgage industry. With experience ranging from conventional,
FHA, VA, USDA Loans, and other products, she has a wide range
of knowledge and passion for the mortgage world. Born and
raised a “city girl,” Noelle is very familiar with the dynamics of the
housing market and the expectations of the buyers. Purchasing
a home can be very stressful and her goal is to make sure proper
expectations are set and met, holding buyers hands throughout
this process and keeping them in the loop every step of the way.
She treats every client like family to make the process of buying
your dream home enjoyable.
Jen Novak – Jen has lived in the Pittsburgh area for over 25
years. A graduate of La Roche College, she has over 25 years of
experience in various industries, working with global clients like
FedEx Ground and Bank of New York Mellon. Jen was excited
about the opportunity in the mortgage industry presented
to her and looks forward to expanding her career experience
while continuing to grow past business relationships. Most
rece ntly working at the BBB prior to FOA, she understands the
importance of honest and ethical business practices. She has
been with Finance of America Mortgage since they opened the
McMurray branch, and has some great ideas to help real estate
agents grow their business with all the marketing tools & loan
products that Finance of America Mortgage offers.
Greg Incardona, branch manager for the Peters Township
office, also has over 20 years of experience in mortgage lending.
