Mark your calendar for Jefferson Hills Community Day!
The event will be held on Saturday, June 9, at 885 Andrew
Reilly Memorial Park from noon to 10 p.m. Community Day
will coincide with the Thomas Jefferson Youth Baseball All-
Star Day. We anticipate having about 40 booths for food,
vendors, crafts and children’s games. Performances will
be held throughout the day by local dance, gymnastics
and cheer groups, as well as musical acts by high school
students. The main entertainment will be the country band,
The Stickers, since they were such a hit last year! Community
Day will end with Pyrotecnico fireworks. For more information

Spring Leaf Cleanup Collection
Coming Up in April and May
In the Winter Edition of InCommunity, residents received a
recycling calendar for 2018. This calendar is also on our website,
jeffersonhillsboro.org. Note that leaf collection weeks (shaded in
green) are April 16 through 20, April 30, May 1 through 4, and May 14
through 18.
In addition, there will be drop-off dumpster for collection of yard
waste ONLY on June 9, July 14, August 11 and September 9 at the
Public Works building next to the Municipal Center.

RECYCLING IS EVERY OTHER WEEK. PLACE ALL ITEMS IN YOUR RECYCLING BIN OR TRASH CAN MARKED WITH RECYCLING STICKERS. RECYCLE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
PLASTICS 1-7, ALUMINUM/STEEL/BI-METAL CANS, CLEAR/AMBER/GREENGLASS, CHIPBOARD, JUNK MAIL, MAGAZINES, CATALOGS, PAPERBACK BOOKS, NEWSPAPERS AND
NEWSPAPER INSERTS, OFFICE PAPER, PHONE BOOKS, MILK OR JUICE CARTONS WITH GABLE TOPS, JUICE/SOY MILK BOXES(ASEPTIC CONTAINERS) AND CORRUGATED
CARDBOARD( MUST BE CUT OR FLATTENED TO FIT IN THE BIN!)
