Colorado Gives Day Update

Pathways is excited to announce that the 2016 Colorado Gives Day raised $ 18,219 !
On Dec . 6 , 2016 , community members across northern Colorado united to support Pathways through Colorado Gives Day . Thanks to the generosity of our donors , this was one of the most successful Colorado Gives Days to date .
All donations received on Colorado Gives Day will benefit Pathways ’ mission of providing expert and compassionate hospice care , palliative care and grief and loss support . Because of our philanthropic support system , no one will ever be turned away from Pathways due to lack of insurance or inability to pay .
Thank you for helping us continue to care for patients and their families in Larimer and Weld Counties . Your donation brings comfort and peace to your neighbors in their time of need .

Thank You to Our Departing Board Members !

Pathways would like to thank two stellar board members – Rita Williams and Lee Jeffrey – for the time they have devoted to Pathways during their terms and for their commitment to helping our organization flourish .
One of the most significant developments that both board members were a part of is the Care Synergy partnership . Rita and Lee assisted with the necessary research and decision making that led Pathways to making this beneficial transition . Thanks to their hard work , we are now proud to be a part of Care Synergy .
Rita is the Medical Office Director at Kaiser Permanente and has served on the Pathways board since 2014 . Most recently , she served as Chair of Personnel and has participated in other committees throughout her time on the board .
