Maintenance (not in picture) We have been talking with our staff and listening to their needs. For most, it is not just about the numbers on the scale but, more importantly, exercising the need for overall mental health and peace of mind. We have expanded our wellness committee to include all departments and each department has a sub team that will encourage and provide additional resources to their own department. The newsletter, named the “Pawsitive Pulse,” will be a new and wonderful resource. We introduced a new Points Program starting February 15 and that program will run through May. It will be an encouraging “On Point” program that will earn the individual points for all areas that are focused on wellness for the body, mind and spirit. Look for additional informati
