Continuing to Serve Others on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day:
Seven Years in a Row
For most students, Martin Luther King Jr. Day is looked forward to as a day off of school.
Thirty-nine of the South Fayette Middle and High School students saw this day as an
opportunity to give back to the community. This is the largest group to participate in
Martin Luther King Day of Service for South Fayette over the past seven years! South Fayette
continues to maintain a service partnership with the Hosanna House in Wilkinsburg on MLK
Day. Students were involved in cleaning the recreational areas and stairwells of the Hosanna
House.
