NORTHLAND PUBLIC LIBRARY KIOSK Did you know you can borrow items from Northland Public Library right at Ross Township’s Community Center? The Kiosks, named NOMAD (which stands for Northland Offsite Modern Alternative Dispenser) contains both children’s and adult books, CDs, and DVDs that can be checked out using any library card issued by Allegheny County. Patrons are also able to return Library items to the book drop conveniently located just outside the main entrance to the Ross Community Center.
