on breath/body movement as you flow
through poses while building strength
and balance both physically and
mentally. This is a perfect way to end your

MEDITATION AND
MINDFULNESS
This class is an integrative blend of
breathing techniques, yoga warmups
and postures, cool down and deep
relaxation. Modifications will be given
for each posture to personalize the
practice. Potential benefits of this class
are increased mobility, flexibility, stability,
calm and inner peace. Please bring a
yoga mat. All levels welcome.
