or Realtor Jacob Rady, buying a house isn’t just a transaction,
it’s a new beginning — the start of a new chapter in your life
in which that home will play a leading role.
“I enjoy working with first-time homebuyers and prospective
first-time homebuyers because being a part of that journey towards
finding them their first new home is so rewarding to everyone
involved,” he said. “Even if they’re not in a position to buy a home the
minute we meet, I will work with them to help them get to the point
where they can buy, by putting them in touch with different lenders
or financial professionals who can help them build their credit to
where they can be approved.”
With a degree in finance and accounting from Robert Morris
University, Rady’s head for numbers helps his clients navigate
the complicated details of buying or selling a home. His financial
background and outgoing personality have also allowed him to build
up a network of professionals into a toolbox of people who can help
you in any situation.
“Whether a client needs a good contractor, home inspector or
loan originator, I can help them find someone who can do the work
at a fair price and on time so they can get on with focusing on their
move,” he said. “If they need a staging consultant to make their house
look the best it can for selling, or just need someone to touch up
paint on the walls, I can take care of it. No matter what the situation,
people count on me to look out for their best interests and I take that
responsibility very seriously.”
Rady prides himself on being available for clients around the clock
and being as attentive to clients as possible.
“I’ve been doing this for over three years now and currently am
pursuing my broker’s license. I’ve always been a people person and,
despite my accounting degree, found that I had a knack for real
estate,” he said. “Buying a home is the biggest purchase most people
will ever make, and I take that very seriously and want to ensure that
it goes as smoothly as possible for them. Part of that is to make sure
that I’m continuing my education constantly and keeping ahead of
the current trends and up to date on the latest in my field.”
Outside of the office, Rady enjoys golfing, baseball, hunting and
pretty much anything else that can be done outdoors. He helps
support his sister’s charity, which raises money for Type 1 diabetes.
He’s also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.
He lives in Pittsburgh’s South Side, which allows him to reach any
neighborhood surrounding the city with ease. He’s willing to travel
anywhere in the metropolitan area for his clients.
