Concrete leveling is about 50-70 % less than replacement and the additional bene�ts stack up �uickly in comparison to ripping up and re-pouring new concrete . Leveling works by �lling the void that develops under a slab that has sunk . After a series of small holes are driled , a high-density limestone grout is pressure injected under the slab to �ll the void . Once the void is �lled , the slab is stabilized and raised to the desired height / position . The holes are then capped and the concrete is ready for immediate use .
