Let’s take control of our life and health! We will offer several different
types of class formats to always keep it exciting! Classes include hand
weights, tubing, chairs, and balls for strength, agility, balance, endurance,
and joint flexibility. All levels of ability are encouraged!!

SENIOR LUNCHEONS
Luncheons are held on the second Wednesday of each month and
include entertainment, an interesting speaker, or interactive activity. This
is a free event, but we ask that you bring a covered dish or dessert to
share. Bring a friend to join in on the food, fun, and entertainment!
