This pleasant 5k run/walk benefits
the Bethel Park section of the Montour
Trail. It begins just south of the trail’s
J.R. Taylor Memorial Bridge over
Clifton Road. Runners travel the flat,
crushed limestone trail to a turnaround
point before Brush Run Road, then
return north and cross the J.R. Taylor
Bridge to the finish line. The race’s
modest size and the trail’s comfortable
width permit walkers to start behind
the runners and obtain an official time
