Dr. Garcia earned his Doctorate
of Dental Surgery from the
West Virginia University
School of Dentistry. He
then completed his Oral
and Maxillofacial Surgery
Residency at the University
of Texas Medical Branch in
Galveston, Texas. Oral and
maxillofacial surgery training
includes four years of hospital-based anesthesia
and surgery training. The surgical training consists
of extraction of wisdom teeth, dentoalveolar
surgery and reconstruction, dental implant
placement, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, and
pathology.
Immediately upon entering Keystone Oral and
Maxillofacial Surgery’s office you will be received
by an experienced staff along with noticing a
very comfortable and caring environment. The
office utilizes the latest advances in equipment
and administrative technology to ensure that all
patients receive the best possible care.

Anesthesia is a very important aspect of oral and
maxillofacial surgical training. Proper anesthesia
allows for stress and pain management for the
patient during and after the procedure. Dr. Garcia
was trained extensively on in-office intravenous
