This is a very special year for the Norwin Theatre Company. This season
marks 25 years of Musical Theater at Norwin High School. The Norwin
Theatre C ompany has been performing classical and new age musicals
since 1993.
This year the spring musical will be Thoroughly Modern Millie. This
musical is set in New York City in 1922 and tells the story of young Millie
Dillmount from Kansas, who comes to New York in search of a new life
for herself. Her grand plan is to find a job as a secretary for a wealthy
man and then marry him. However, her plan goes completely awry. The
musical is filled with flashy tap numbers, lots of humor and memorable
songs.
The production consists of more than 76 students in the cast and
crew. Lauren Scheirer is the Co-Director/Producer along with Erin
Shrader Co-Director/Choreographer. The Technical Director is Todd
Leighty. The musical runs March 22nd through March 25th. Please

The 25th Anniversary Celebration Gala will be held at Antonelli’s
on Saturday March 24, 2018, after the evening performance, from
10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. A portion of all the proceeds will be donated
