“We were born and raised
in the North Hills and
know the area like the
back of our hands,”
Dawn explained.
“We do most of our
business in Ross and
McCandless. We’ve
done deals all over,
from Sewickley to the
South Hills, but this is
our backyard and what
we know best.”
In addition to
Dawn’s nearly 10
years of expertise
selling to seniors,
both Realtors
are relocation
and new
construction
specialists
for Howard
Hanna.
“We go above and beyond for our
clients. We’ve had clients moving in from
out of town and we’ve been able to find
them painters, cleaners, waterproofers—
you name it—to get their home in
sellable condition,” Dan said. “We take
those extra steps to get it done because
it’s the right thing to do for our clients,
and basic professionalism. Our goal is to
anticipate what’s going to happen next
and head off things before they become
problems for our clients, and that’s where
experience plays such a huge part in
finding the right Realtor to represent
you.”
Outside of the office, the U’Rens are
active in charitable works, including
being regular participants in the Relay
For Life and supporting various Children’s
Hospital initiatives through Howard
Hanna, like the Free Care Fund.
