C elebrating 30 Y ears , 1987 – 2017
here aren’t too many home builders around that can say
that they’ve built homes for the children of their clients. But
after more than 30 years of building homes in and around
Murrysville, it’s not unusual to discover you, your neighbor, your

J. Michael Ruefle, Jr., who, along with
his daughter, Colleen Ruefle-Haley, run

Suncrest Homes is a full custom
builder that specializes in single-family
homes, but can accommodate any
buyer’s need, including semi-custom homes, cottage villas, room
additions and outdoor living spaces.
Suncrest has been the recipient of seven Housing Excellence awards
from the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (B.A.M.P.).
The most recent were just in 2016. Colleen is the current President of
B.A.M.P.
The key to the company’s success is working closely with clients to
develop a wish list of ideas in order to build the home of their dreams.
Two job supervisors closely oversee every aspect
from start to finish. Suncrest’s customer service
team is always readily available to assist clients
with any challenges they may have either during construction or long
after they are living in their homes.
If you’re curious about what makes a Suncrest Home stand out, the
company is currently designing and building homes in Serenity Pointe,
Mallard Landing, Siena Ridge and Foxtail
Court—all located in Murrysville. Coming
in June will be a new furnished model in
Serenity Pointe. Other community locations
are Allegheny Woodlands in Allegheny
Township and The Village of Sarver’s Mills
in Sarver.
The newest community to be offered is
Sterling Oaks, located on Saunders Station
Road in Penn Township, featuring luxury
single-family homes and luxury carriage
homes.
Suncrest has beautifully furnished
models in Sienna Ridge and Allegheny Woodlands. Allegheny
Woodlands features both cottage villas and single-family homes.
The models are available to be toured Sunday 1 to 4 p.m. or by
appointment. Suncrest Homes is also highly experienced in all aspects
