The 2017 Paving Contract was awarded to the Tresco Paving Corporation in
the amount of $1,250,000. This year’s project included the following streets:
Alton Court, Devonwood Court, Dublane Court, Dundee Drive, Flagstaff Drive,
Forbes Trail Drive, Franklintown Court, Glen Eagle Drive, Glenwood Court,
Holiday Park Drive, Killian Court, Manordale Drive, McWilliams Road, Nob
Hill Road, Oakhill Court, Oakhurst Court, Roundtop Road, Saddle Pack Trail,
Sandune Drive, Shangri La Drive, Summer Ridge Drive, Twelve Oaks Drive, West
Pike Street and West Windover Court. The repairs on the roads consisted of
pavement replacement, milling of old asphalt and adjustment of the existing
inlets. Also included in this contract was the paving for the Chambers Park
Parking lot and access road. This project encompassed approximately 9 miles of
municipal roads and approximately 14,500 tons of asphalt.
