ST. BERNARD’S HEROES
DAY
Recently Mt. Lebanon and Dormont
firefighters, police officers, and
paramedics gathered at St. Bernard’s
school campus for the first annual Heroes
Day. Grades kindergarten through
eight traveled from station to station,
learning about first responders’ vehicles,
equipment, and daily duties. The students
were completely engaged and learned a
great deal about the critical work of these
community servants.
