SPECIAL EVENTS PLANT-BASED NUTRITION 101 7 p.m., Monday, July 2, 9, and 16 Registered dietitian M.J. Costello will provide a comprehensive overview of plant-based nutrition. The three sessions are geared toward learning the basics of plant-based diets and sorting of fact from fiction as it relates to optimal nutrition.
