PLANT-BASED NUTRITION 101

Registered dietitian M.J. Costello will
provide a comprehensive overview of
plant-based nutrition. The three
sessions are geared toward learning
the basics of plant-based diets and
sorting of fact from fiction as it relates
to optimal nutrition. Learn how a more
plant-based diet can help prevent,
treat, and/or reverse some of our
leading causes of death, including
cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes,
high blood pressure, certain lifestyle
cancers, obesity and overall physical
and mental well-being.
