MILLFAIR COMPOST & RECYCLING CENTER
The Millfair Compost & Recycling Center will be reopening its gates on Monday, April 2, 2018! While
dropping off is FREE to Millcreek, Fairview, and West County residents, products sold at the Center are made
available to ALL residents! The Millfair Compost & Recycling Center is located at 2301 Millfair Road and will
operate SEVEN days a week from April 2nd - December 9th for the 2018 season. Residential permits may be
obtained from the Millcreek Township Building Department or Millfair Compost & Recycling Center Check-
In Booth for FREE! For questions regarding Millfair’s operations, please call the Recycling Department at

GRASS: Grass must be bagged and placed curbside for weekly trash collection. An alternative to bagging grass would be to use a
mulching lawn mower or to place clippings inside a compost bin with “browns” and aerate regularly.

CURBSIDE LEAVES
ALL leaf waste must be placed in clear/transparent bags during the scheduled leaf
collection weeks on your normal pickup day. Bags must be placed separate from trash and
recycling containers and CANNOT contain GRASS and branches! A third truck from Advanced
Disposal will pick up the leaf bags on your regularly scheduled collection day. Branches must
be cut into 4ft. sections and placed curbside during Brush Collection Week (September
10th – September 14th) or taken to the Millfair Compost & Recycling Center.
If your trash, recycling, or leaf waste is not collected, please call Advanced Disposal
at 1-844-415-5970 to report a missed collection.
